The fastest school in each region will be awarded a runner up prize of a bicycle workstand and fully kitted toolbox from Madison. In the region of the overall first prize winner, the next fastest school will be eligible for the runner up prize. The next fastest school in each region will receive a runner up prize of four children’s helmets from Nutcase to distribute as they wish.
- A ‘region’ is determined by the areas presided over by the Bike It Supervisors. No other definition of a region will apply.
- First prize must be taken by 28th May 2010.
- The choice of Nutcase helmets will be subject to the stock available at time of award.
- In the event of a draw the prize will be awarded to the school with the highest percentage of daily journeys.
- If a prize winner decides not to accept any prize, they will notify the promoters of such decision in writing and will, with effect from the date of such notice, forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded but declined. No alterative prize will be awarded. The promoters reserve the right to deal with the prize declined in such manner as they think fit.
- The promoters may substitute any prize that is awarded as part of this scheme with ones of equal or greater value as they, in their sole discretion, may determine.
- Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
